The Full-build Data Privacy Compliance Course

The First Complete (Zoom) Workshop on Data Privacy Compliance:

A Full Course on how to comply with the 5-Pillar “Proof of Compliance” of the National Privacy Commission (NPC)

Why Attend this Workshop?

The Full-build Data Privacy Compliance Course
October 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, and 22 2020

Delivery Mode: Online via Zoom

This first and only, full-build training, and consulting workshop will be conducted over a 4-week period. It will be a combination Zoom online training and consulting. For this first offering, the online training is scheduled on — Sept. 28, Oct. 5, 8, 12, 15, and 19. These are afternoon training (1pm – 5pm). In between those days, you get to work on your company’s compliance project under guidance of our Data Privacy Trainors and Consultants. The consulting is available on the weekdays in between the training schedules. Also between 1pm – 5 pm in the afternoon, to whoever will need them during the conduct of this 4-week course…, on demand, via Viber or Zoom calls, as may be needed. The aim of this workshop is to get as many companies, to complete their Data Privacy Compliance before the year ends. And take advantage of the lull in business operations because of the shutdowns as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

If your privacy team members are burdened with developing the tools they need, to fully comply with the DPA, let this workshop be their window of opportunity to get their compliance done starting now--because all the tools, templates and techniques they need are provided in this full-build workshop. They only have to join and start working… rather than spend precious time, reinventing the tools of the trade.

For companies still struggling to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, this 4-week workshop allows the DPO, COP and Data Privacy Team to complete all the loose ends in getting your compliance program running its accelerated course again.

Help your privacy team to accelerate and full-build your company’s Data Privacy Compliance before another costly year pass. Avoid endangering your business from reputational loss and heavy fines. And your key officers and DPO from the unwanted consequences of corporate non-compliance.

Participants will be provided with all the templates, guidelines and sample documentation they need to complete the 5-Pillar requirements of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). The tools, templates and techniques provided have evolved over the past 3 years as the best evidence of verifiable compliance compiled and recommended by our seasoned Data Privacy Consultants.

After each Zoom training, the participants are given practical workshop assignments so they immediately apply the training to actual work in their respective offices--using the guidelines and templates provided. Our training team and consultants will be available every afternoon to provide individual or group support and consultations to those needing them via Viber and Zoom calls.

The whole course consists of compliance-focused afternoon workshops using Zoom. Participants are expected to bring their actual work challenges to the workshop and complete their workshop assignments, as applicable to their specific company needs, within the 4-week workshop period.

At the end of the workshop, all those who completed the training shall receive a certificate of having successfully completed the requirements as “Compliance Officer on Data Privacy.”
