Predictive Analytics for HR

HR sits on tons of data. However, majority of HR departments do not have the skills in analytics to transform data into powerful actionable insights that impact business outcomes such as sales, revenue, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. By using predictive analytic tools and techniques, past and current data can be used to predict future outcomes and model possible scenarios.


No prior statistical or programming knowledge is required for this course. This is designed for learners with any background.
