Predictive Analytics for HR

HR sits on tons of data. However, majority of HR departments do not have the skills in analytics to transform data into powerful actionable insights that impact business outcomes such as sales, revenue, cost savings, and customer satisfaction. By using predictive analytic tools and techniques, past and current data can be used to predict future outcomes and model possible scenarios.

 

No prior statistical or programming knowledge is required for this course. This is designed for learners with any background.

  • Accurately interpret results of the analysis and generate insights;

  • Apply predictive analytics to generate insights: key drivers analysis --engagement, job satisfaction, job performance), recruitment and selection analytics, impact assessment of training programs, and leadership analytics.

Dr. Marshall is a social and organizational psychologist with a vast array of professional experience as a social scientist, a human resource and organizational consultant and trainer. He was a former faculty member and the director for research at the Nottingham University Business School (NUBS), University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus and a former director in the board of the Psychological Association of the Philippines. With over 25 years of experience, he has published his researches in scientific journals and presented in scientific conferences in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, U.S.A, Australia, South Africa, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia.
