His areas of expertise include: Organizational Development and Change Management; Leadership Development and Strategic Planning; Learning and Development; Talent and Performance Management; and Employee Relations and Engagement.

Dr. Marshall Valencia is a social and organizational psychologist with 20 years of professional experience as an HR and organizational consultant, a trainer, and a social scientist. He has worked on numerous OD and analytics consultancy projects for clients in the service, manufacturing, and public sector. He is a faculty member in the Psychology Department of the University of the Philippines and also a former faculty member and director for research at the Nottingham University Business School. He has published his researches and presented in scientific conferences in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, U.S.A., Australia, South Africa, Japan, Thailand, and Malaysia.
