What is COACHING ROOM?

COACHING ROOM is PVP’s Life Coaching Online Platform where through video conferencing, your employees can talk to any of our life coaches.

A life coach is a wellness professional who listens, encourages, and counsels people over a range of issues in order to make inroads in their lives.  These issues range from relationships, careers, health and wellness, finances, spirituality, and sports.

A life coach helps you on a particular concern, analyse your current situation, identify roadblocks that hold you back and come up with an action plan in order for you to achieve the outcomes that you want in your life.  Working with a life coach establishes accountability on the individual and boosts productivity, which are great advantages, rather than working or training alone.
