Ross Villamil
Ross is a seasoned and highly competent Leadership, Human Resource Practitioner and Management Consultant with more than 30 years of experience in various fields and industries. His areas of expertise are in the following:

He is the co- founder and COO of Assystematics Inc. and i-EVolve Philippines Inc., a management consultancy firm that caters to both the public and private sector in the field of human resource, organization development, leadership and IT systems. Among the clients of the firm are the Supreme Court of the Philippines, PhilHealth, Commission of Audit, Yanmar Philippines, RLR Research and Analysis, FCF Mineral Inc., IL & FS Technology Phils., Inc., JCC Clothing Centre among others.
Previously, Ross has held senior executive positions in various local and multinational companies. He was the Managing Director of Premier Value Provider Inc., a research, consultancy and training company specializing in data analytics and market insights and solutions. It is the only company in the Philippines that offers implicit methodologies for targeted market insights; Vice President of Human Resource Organization Development (HROD) of the fastest-growing direct selling company in the Philippines—Personal Collection Direct Selling Company; Assistant Vice President and Head of Talent and Organization Development of the world’s largest Nutrition, Health and Wellness Company—Nestle. In Nestle Philippines, he has handled various key senior executive position in Nestle such as Head of Corporate Recruitment and HR Communication, HR Head of Milo and Cereals Factory in Lipa, Batangas and Coffee and Milks Factory in Cagayan de Oro.
Before entering the corporate world, Ross taught in various leading colleges and universities in the Philippines. He was an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines at Los Banos, College Instructor in Silliman University and Senior Lecturer in Miriam College, Ateneo de Manila and De La Salle Benilde for almost two decades. He also served as Executive Director of Pulse Asia Inc., one of the country’s credible survey firms.
He is an international certified Everyday Coach, Unconscious Bias Trainer and OD Practitioner having attended workshops and courses in the London Business School for Advanced Leadership, Rive Reine (Nestle University for Executives in Vevey, Switzerland) and attended various HR and Leadership courses in the US, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Turkey and UAE, among others.
