Strategic planning is an ongoing process within an organization that involves utilizing existing knowledge to outline the desired course of action for a business. Its purpose is to prioritize endeavors, efficiently distribute resources, foster alignment among shareholders and employees regarding the organization's objectives, and guarantee that these goals are supported by solid data and reasoning.
The importance of strategic planning lies in its ability to secure the organization's position as a frontrunner in its industry even after 20 years.
