Cheng Rasco
Maria Esperanza “Cheng” Buluran-Rasco is a Human Resource and Organization Development Consultant since 2007. Her experience in training, research & consultancy came from her 14 years with the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and almost 20 years as a freelance HROD Consultant. Her areas of expertise are Training Management, Training Program/Curriculum Designing, Adult Learning Principles, Module Writing (Writing Structures Learning Episodes/Experiences (SLEs), Instructional Methods, Techniques & Strategies, Training and Workshop Facilitation, Presentation Skills Development, Interpersonal Communication, Building Teams, Coaching & Mentoring, and Strategic Planning.
As a trainer-facilitator, has designed, conducted or has been a faculty or part of project teams of learning and development programs for both private and government sectors. She has been involved in projects for government agencies like BLGF, DBM, DENR, DepEd, DICT, DOE, DOH, DOST, DSWD, EMB, FMB, GPPB, HGC, NAPOLCOM, PhilJA, PSO, Supreme Court, TIEZA then international organizations like the AUSAID, PAHRODF, World Bank, UNDP, academic institutions like the AiTech Antipolo, Mapua University, World City Colleges of the Philippines. She has also assisted LGUs of Antipolo, Pasig, Agusan del Norte and Davao del Norte. Currently, she is a regular consultant/resource person of DAP, Jollibee Group Foundation, Inc. and the LGU of Antipolo.
