Dra. Aless Arpon
Mental Health Expert
An accomplished licensed psychologist, with Magna Cum Laude honors in BS Psychology, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Counseling Psychology. Serves as a clinical supervisor at In Touch Community Services, holds a leadership role in the Psychological Association of the Philippines
and acts as a mental health consultant for PVP. Additionally, she is a faculty member at De La Salle University Manila, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
