Vince Liban
Safe Spaces and Gender Sensitivity Expert
A human rights advocate fighting for gender equality, sexual and reproductive health and rights, democracy, and youth empowerment, based in the Philippines. He was a Youth Innovator at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) – Philippines. In 2018, he was recognized as Youth Champion for Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 10: Reduced Inequalities by The 2030 Project for his work in the youth and LGBTQI+ movement in the country. He is currently the National Convener of the Philippine Anti-Discrimination Alliance of Youth Leaders (PANTAY), which advocates for gender equality and human rights in the Philippines; and National Convener of Pride PH. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines Diliman.
