Overview
When we are faced with more challenges than we can bear, we are more likely to experience stress. Consequently, chronic workplace stress when not managed successfully will often lead to burnout. However, when we have the right tools to overcome challenges in the workplace despite being in a stressful environment, we can effectively manage stress and avoid burnout. This webinar will help participants understand the nature, causes, and red flags of burnout. The strategies for preventing and dealing with burnout will be presented using the 3 R approach.

Jomar Hulleza
Jomar is a Registered Psychometrician and Registered Psychologist. He earned his BS Psychology degree from Universidad de Manila and his Master’s degree in Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology from Adamson University. He is a faculty member of Makati Medical Center College and Universidad de Manila, where he teaches undergraduate courses.
