Course Overview


The "HR Analytics and Power BI for Data-Driven HR Decision-Making Masterclass" is a 2-day, hands-on training program designed to help HR professionals leverage workforce data to support better decision-making and organizational performance.


Participants will learn how to move beyond traditional HR reporting and apply analytics techniques to identify workforce trends, measure key HR metrics, uncover drivers of employee outcomes, and develop data-driven recommendations. Using Microsoft Power BI, participants will build interactive dashboards and learn how to communicate insights effectively to leaders and decision-makers.


Grounded in the "8-Step Model for Purposeful Analytics", the program provides a practical framework for transforming workforce data into actionable business intelligence.

Dr. Marshall Valencia is a social and organizational psychologist with 20 years of professional experience as an HR and organizational consultant, trainer, and social scientist. His expertise includes Organizational Development and Industrial Psychology, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Gender Sensitivity in the Workplace, Training Design, and Facilitation Skills. He has a PhD in Social-Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University. He has held different leadership positions in professional associations, academe, and corporate.
