Taking a holistic approach to well-being will ensure you have engaged and productive people at work. This workshop focuses on equipping participants on up-to-date and evidence-based models on workplace well-being. This aims not only to dispel myths surrounding the attainment of personal and collective happiness, but it will also serve as basis for the development of organizational wellness programs informed by science and practice. By attending this workshop, participants will develop competencies to critically evaluate and mindfully deliberate on information and practices surrounding personal and corporate wellness.

Mr. Gerald Peñaranda
Mr. Gerald B. Peñaranda is a Registered Psychologist. He took his Master of Science in Psychology, major in I-O Psychology from De La Salle University-Manila, and his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Naga University. He is a Human Resource and Organizational Development consultant. Mr. Peñaranda teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at the Psychology Department of De La Salle University. He is also currently working on the completion of his doctorate degree from DLSU.
Alessandra Arpon, RPsy
Ms. Alessandra Arpon is working in education, research, assessment, and mental health awareness, treatment, and care. She earned her BS Psychology from Far Eastern University - Manila with magna cum laude distinction and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from De La Salle University – Manila where she is also taking her Ph.D. in Clinical Counseling Psychology. She is a licensed psychologist who garnered 5th place during the licensure examination for psychologists in 2017.
