OCTOBER MENTAL HEALTH MONTH
These activities aim to encourage self-awareness, provide practical tools for resilience, and empower both leaders and employees to foster a healthier, more supportive workplace. Together, let us continue building a culture that values well-being—because mental health matters every day.
Every October, the Philippines observes Mental Health Month, reminding us that caring for our well-being is just as vital as caring for our physical health. As part of this advocacy, PVP continues to deliver comprehensive services such as mental health trainings, workplace well-being programs, leadership development workshops, and organizational assessments—all designed to support companies and individuals in creating safe, inclusive, and thriving environments. By investing in mental health, we build stronger teams, healthier communities, and more resilient organizations.
