Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the modern workplace; helping employees automate routine tasks, process information, improve productivity, and make faster decisions. But as work becomes smarter, are our minds becoming healthier, too?
This webinar explores the mental health impact of AI on the workforce, examining both the opportunities and challenges that come with integrating artificial intelligence into our everyday work. While AI can potentially reduce repetitive tasks, cognitive workload, and administrative burden, it may also introduce new sources of stress through work intensification, job insecurity, performance pressure, workplace surveillance, reduced autonomy, and the expectation to do more in less time.
Rather than viewing AI as simply “good” or “bad” for mental health, this webinar invites participants to consider a more important question:
"How can we use AI to create workplaces that are not only more productive, but also more psychologically healthy and human-centered?"
