Dr. Marshall Valencia

Dr. Marshall Valencia is a data-driven social and organizational psychologist with over 20 years of experience. He bridges the gap between research and practice, leveraging his expertise in analytics to consult for businesses and institutions, and to train professionals across sectors.
He currently serves as Director for Research & Analytics at Premier Value Provider, Inc., where he leads the design and implementation of data-driven solutions in organizational development and workplace mental health. He also teaches at the University of the Philippines, offering graduate courses in statistics, research methods, HR analytics, organizational development, and human resource management.
Dr. Valencia is also an Analytics and Organizational Development Consultant for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) under the Governance in Justice (GoJust) Program, where he supports reform and capacity-building initiatives within the judiciary.
