HR Analytics for Strategic Workforce Management at Universal Leaf Philippines Incorporated | Agoo, La Union (April 14-16, 2026)

Premier Value Provider, Inc. (PVP) successfully conducted a three-day face-to-face training on “HR Analytics for Strategic Workforce Management” for Universal Leaf Philippines Incorporated in Agoo, La Union. The program was delivered by Dr. Marshall Valencia, President of PVP Inc., who brought his extensive expertise in organizational psychology, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making to the sessions.

The training was designed as a progressive learning journey—from understanding HR analytics fundamentals to developing dashboards and ultimately generating actionable insights. Over the course of three days, participants engaged in a mix of lectures, hands-on workshops, and group activities that strengthened both their technical and analytical thinking skills.

Day 1: Foundations & Analytics Thinking focused on shifting perspectives from addressing HR issues to framing strategic business questions. Participants were introduced to the HR analytics process, explored key HR metrics, and learned how to design structured datasets. The day concluded with a workshop where participants defined their own HR analytics problems and developed initial dashboard blueprints.

Day 2: Dashboard Development using Power BI centered on translating data into visual insights. Participants were guided through data preparation, building core HR metrics, and creating interactive dashboards using Power BI. The hands-on sessions allowed participants to apply their learning in real time, culminating in a group-based dashboard development workshop.

Day 3: Insights, Analytics & Storytelling emphasized moving from dashboards to decision-making. Participants explored descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics, and learned how to communicate insights through effective data storytelling. The program concluded with group presentations, where participants showcased their dashboards and recommendations, followed by feedback and synthesis of key learnings.

Overall, the training equipped participants with the skills to:
