On August 19, 2025, Premier Value Provider Inc. (PVP) partnered with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) – CDG Department to successfully conduct the training “Thrive at Work: Building Wellness, Connection, and Ownership in the Everyday” at the VIP Lounge, Athletics Stadium, New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac. The event gathered 150 participants eager to strengthen their workplace strategies while fostering personal and collective well-being.

The training combined strategic planning with mental health awareness, allowing participants to see how wellness is an integral part of sustainable productivity. Using the Eisenhower Matrix, participants learned to categorize and prioritize their workloads, helping them focus on what truly matters while reducing stress from overwhelming tasks.

To nurture stronger workplace relationships, participants engaged in a workshop on active and empathetic listening. This session encouraged deeper understanding, improved communication, and stronger connections among colleagues.

The program culminated with a collaborative activity where participants identified the pressing challenges within their departments and brainstormed actionable ways to address them. This exercise highlighted ownership, accountability, and teamwork as core drivers of organizational success.

The energy and commitment displayed by the participants showed how investing in both wellness and strategy can create more engaged, connected, and empowered teams.
At PVP, we believe that thriving at work means balancing productivity with well-being — and this training was a testament to that vision.
