That’s exactly what the incredible team at Interasia Outsource Inc. did on May 30, 2025, when they partnered with PVP for a power-packed 8-hour wellness workshop titled:


“P.A.U.S.E Before You Burnout: A Modern Approach to Time and Energy Management.”


Led by Mr. Jose Mari A. Hulleza, RPm, RPsy, a dynamic mental health speaker and consultant from Premier Value Provider, Inc., the workshop offered more than just tips—it delivered real-life tools, mindful moments, and team transformation.


This workplace mental health session wasn’t your usual seminar. From KonMari-ing your calendar, striking a quick yoga pose, to pausing for real-time self-check-ins, the program was an interactive, honest, and often eye-opening experience for the IOI participants.


Why This Training Matters

Every day, employees juggle work demands, personal responsibilities, and the emotional labor of staying “okay.” When this stress accumulates, it often leads to burnout—a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that affects not just productivity, but also health and relationships.


This workshop was specifically designed for staff-level employees to help them:

✅ Understand what stress and burnout really look like

✅ Recognize personal signs and stress triggers

✅ Practice practical, doable self-care at work and at home

✅ Build habits that protect energy and time

✅ Create a healthier, more supportive work culture


What We Covered:

In just one day, participants went from overloaded to empowered—armed with real, doable tools to manage stress and protect their energy.


We explored what burnout really looks like (it’s not just being tired), what self-care actually means in a busy workplace, and how to become part of a culture that uplifts instead of drains.


From eye-opening insights to grounding activities and real-time check-ins—this workshop had just the right mix of learning, laughter, and self-reflection.

Whether it was the power of breathing exercises, the importance of microbreaks, or simply having a safe space to talk—it was clear that the session helped IOI employees pause, reflect, and reset.
