Workplace stress is an inevitable part of modern professional life — but when it becomes chronic, it can lead to burnout. This condition affects not only one’s productivity but also overall health, motivation, and emotional balance.
To address this growing concern, Premier Value Provider Inc. (PVP Inc.) hosted a free webinar titled “Healing from Burnout: A Path to Well-Being” on October 15, 2025. The session was designed to help participants recognize the signs of burnout, understand its underlying causes, and learn actionable strategies to recover and prevent it.
Understanding the 3R Approach
The session centered around the 3R Approach – Recognize, Reverse, and Resilience.
This framework encourages individuals to:
Recognize the early warning signs of burnout before they escalate.
Reverse the cycle through practical self-care and mindset adjustments.
Resilience, or building long-term habits that promote mental and emotional strength.
These principles offered a holistic roadmap for participants to regain control over their well-being and sustain a healthier work-life balance.
Meaningful Discussion Led by Mr. Jomar Hulleza, MA, RPm, RPsy
The webinar featured Mr. Jomar Hulleza, MA, RPm, RPsy as the resource speaker, who delivered the topic with clarity, empathy, and real-world insight. Drawing from both research and professional experience, he translated complex psychological concepts into relatable workplace scenarios.
