In May, PVP’s client InterAsia Outsource, Inc. continued its learning sessions for its leaders and also started its learning sessions for its staff.
Last May 21, the staff of IOI underwent the first of its 2-day Business Communications training. For the first module entitled I Choose the Customer – Business Communications Program, this customized program for IOI was conducted to upgrade the IOI team’s skills in business writing and email etiquette. The participants learned, practiced, and were able to employ a structure for writing emails, short reports, updates, responding to irate emails, setting expectations with clients, and making apologies.
On May 25, it was the turn of IOI’s leaders to gather again for the second leg of its “LeaderSIP – Brewing Next Gen Leaders” sessions where the focus was on IOI’s company values. This session, with the guidance of Ms. Vina Vidal Vicente as facilitator, aimed to operationalize their company values so employees understand, exhibit, and embody IOI's values of integrity, excellence, commitment, teamwork, and social responsibility. PVP's "LeaderSIP - Brewing Next Gen Leaders" offers companies curated topics for your leaders as they work and lead together in strengthening organizational culture, improving team cohesion, and becoming effective leaders overall! The 2-hour virtual session is semi-structured so it is perfect for adult learners who are also busy executives.
Meanwhile, PVP’s Business Communications training is also a customized workshop where first-hand workplace experiences of the participants are the ones used to help them improve and level-up their skills in proper business communications.
