One month after the "From Rank & File to Supervisor: A Role Transitioning Training", PVP asked our participants "kamusta ka?"
As part of our commitment to our participants, PVP had a group coaching and check-in meeting on March 8, 2022, with Interasia Outsource Inc., one of the companies who participated in the training. Discussions revolved around what went well, what were the challenges they faced, or what didn't work out for them. They also shared the experiences and practices that they have been doing in becoming a leader for their team.
